I cannot praise him enough.Responsive Automotive Dealer Websites by fusionZONE Automotive Ali also was mindful of the distance I traveled for my visit and did everything he could to give me an opportunity to buy the car within the restraints of their no holding vehicles or deposits policy. He was extremely responsive to my questions and responded promptly in all communications. He went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of the vehicle and when it would be expected to arrive on the lot. Fortunately for me, Roseville does not take deposits and sells its vehicles on a first come, first served basis, or I never would have had the opportunity to buy my car.Īli was a dream to work with. I worked with Ali Goibnazarov during the week leading up to the vehicle's arrival and my subsequent purchase. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. Funny since I bought it with 84k as a certified pre owned and it now has 94k after 2 years of owning itīefore I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. Every oil change they manage to find 3-5 k of repairs needing to be done. Had less problems with my Chevy and dodge which were cheaper to fix. ![]() Don’t waste the 3k on a warranty since nothing seems to be covered. All in all nice suv but be prepared for some pretty pricy repairs. I’ll bet after the warranty expires they will find the problem. Dealer says there is nothing wrong with it. Trans hesitates 5 seconds or so shifting into drive from time to time. Dealer wanted 5k for the front and another 3k for the rear. Then first oil change struts and shocks were leaking. Was told it covered everything like it was a brand new vehicle. Got talked into Toyotas factory warranty for 3 year 36k miles. Will I return for another? Only if Fred and Rudy are available! Thanks Guys! BYW, Fred, the restaurant recommendation hit the spot!īought my 2011 limited used with 84k on it. What more could we want? Fred is a hilarious conversationalist, and will make anyone's shopping experience a joy. He and the rest of the University Honda team were professional, pleasant, and accommodating. Upon arrival, Fred Walker had the car ready and waiting for us. I knew the Kelly Blue Book value of both the pending purchase AND my trade in, and contacted the dealer to arrange for a test drive. I found the car through, and researched the lineage (go carfax!). We're not buying a dozen eggs here! Consumers need to understand that there is a bit of research and document preparation, that takes place on the dealer's end as well: release of liability, proof of insurance, and other compliance regulations required -by the state- from the dealer, to remain in business! Coming from out of state (Reno, NV), I knew what I wanted before making the trek to University Honda. Knowledge is power, and with such a large purchase, why would you NOT do the proper research? Additionally, expect the transaction to take some time. Again, research the cars FIRST (carfax is just a click away.) and research the dealership. It's not necessarily the fault of the salesman it takes two to make a transaction. I have seen too many reviews where the sales rep gets a bad rap for putting somebody in a car that they do not want. If you require financing, get pre-approved BEFORE venturing out there. *NOTE* Have a general idea and do your research before stepping on to ANY car lot - that way you are not wasting YOUR time, nor that of the sales staff. ![]()
